Technology
The CogniverseAI stack.
One stack, four layers, each with a plain job.
Overview
The connection most enterprises are missing.
Most enterprises already have data, dashboards and AI. What they lack is the connection between them, so a question can move from trusted data to a decision and the action that follows. The CogniverseAI stack is that connection.
Every layer came out of work delivered with clients before it became technology. A question moves up the stack: can we trust the data, what is happening, what will happen, and who decides.
- CogniGraphdecision layer
Connect data, BI, AI, rules, people and workflows into decisions that reach action.
- Cogni-AIlayer 03
Add intelligence that can understand, predict, reason and recommend.
- Cogni-BIlayer 02
Turn enterprise data into a shared understanding of performance.
- Cogni-Datalayer 01
Build the trusted data foundation that reliable analytics and AI require.
How it works
How a decision moves through the stack.
Each layer answers one question and hands the answer to the next, until it reaches a person or a system that can act on it.

The four layers
From trusted data to decisions that reach action.
01 · Trusted data foundation
Cogni-Data
Build the trusted data foundation that reliable analytics and AI require.
Every decision rests on data, and most enterprise data is spread across systems that were never designed to agree with each other. Cogni-Data is how CogniverseAI brings that data together, makes it consistent and governed, and gives it the business context a decision needs.
- Integration and pipelines
- Warehouse and lakehouse
- Quality and governance
- Master data and business context
02 · Business intelligence layer
Cogni-BI
Turn enterprise data into a shared understanding of performance.
Before an organization can decide better, it has to agree on what is happening. Cogni-BI is the layer where metrics get one definition, dashboards show the same truth to every team, and performance can be analysed rather than argued about.
- KPI frameworks and dictionaries
- Semantic models
- Executive and departmental dashboards
- Performance analytics
03 · Intelligence layer
Cogni-AI
Add intelligence that can understand, predict, reason and recommend.
Once the data is trusted and performance is understood, intelligence can be added with confidence. Cogni-AI covers the models, agents and generative capabilities that turn a question into a prediction, a recommendation or a draft answer, inside the boundaries the business sets.
- Prediction and forecasting
- Generative AI and assistants
- AI agents for decision support
- Optimisation and intelligent applications
04 · Orchestration and decision intelligence
CogniGraph
Connect data, BI, AI, rules, people and workflows into decisions that reach action.
CogniGraph connects the intelligence your enterprise already has with the decisions it needs to make. It is not another dashboard, chatbot or agent framework. It is the layer that coordinates them: it knows how your data, metrics, models, rules and people relate, and it carries a decision from question to action with a record of every step.
- An enterprise knowledge graph
- Orchestration of data, BI and AI
- Governed decision paths
- Action and learning
Where the stack is today
What is in use today, and what is still being built.
We describe the stack as it is, not as it will be.
In use in client engagements
Cogni-Data, Cogni-BI and Cogni-AI are the patterns, models and components we deploy in data, business intelligence and AI programmes today: governed pipelines and warehouses, KPI dictionaries and semantic layers, and AI prototypes and agents validated on real client data. They are delivered as part of an engagement and handed over to the client's team.
In development
CogniGraph is in active development. The core graph and its API are in place; natural-language querying and the visual explorer are on the roadmap. We work with a small number of design partners.
Services and technology
How services deploy the stack.
The technology does not arrive on its own. Each service line builds one layer inside your environment and hands it over with the documentation and training to run it.
