AI/ML & Orchestration
Multi-agent systems, confidence calibration, runtime governance. You think about reasoning under uncertainty as an engineering problem - not a research one - and you ship.
We are building decision orchestration systems no one else has built. That requires people who are deeply capable, genuinely curious, and willing to operate at the frontier. We don't hire to fill positions - we hire to compound institutional capability.
We hire across four dimensions. We are not optimizing for resume keywords - we are looking for people whose work compounds the platform.
Multi-agent systems, confidence calibration, runtime governance. You think about reasoning under uncertainty as an engineering problem - not a research one - and you ship.
Immutable record substrates, lineage graphs, policy versioning. You build infrastructure that survives audits and team rotations - because you've seen what happens when it doesn't.
Decision-surface design, integration into real client stacks, deployment in production. You are equally comfortable in a Solutions Architect review and a 2am incident.
You move governed decisions from sealed-but-unused to actively driving institutional behavior. The discipline of getting the platform actually used is yours to own.
We hire small. Every team member is load-bearing. The compensation reflects that - and so does the autonomy.
Every team member owns a layer of the platform end-to-end. No matrix dilution, no design-by-committee, no rotating ticket queues - the layer is yours, the architecture decisions are yours, the outcomes are yours.
We are building things that have not been built before, with real institutional clients on the other side. The work is hard, the problems are open, the standards are high.
The platform we build compounds. So does the work you do on it. Internal patterns, architectural decisions, client outcomes - all sealed, indexed, reused. Your contributions become institutional knowledge.
Compensation includes meaningful equity participation - because the people building the architecture should own the architecture's upside. We are aligned with category-creation horizons, not quarterly cycles.
Our hiring process is structured to assess depth and architectural fit, not resume keywords. We respect candidates' time - and we expect the same in return.
A member of the leadership team runs the first call. Your background, the work, the architecture, the fit. No coding gauntlet, no surprise behavioral interviews.
A working session against a real architectural problem from the platform. We share the problem ahead of time. The session is collaborative - we want to see how you think, not how fast you can pattern-match.
Decision communicated within a week of the architecture review. Offer or no - clear, with reasoning. We don't ghost candidates.
Tell us who you are and what you want to build. We review every application and respond within five business days.
